Classic Powerkraut
Our Classic Sauerkraut is tangy and crunchy, with a very fresh sweet/sour aroma. Because we grate our cabbage by hand, Powerkraut has a nice consistency to stand alone or top your favorite sandwiches.
It’s easy to introduce probiotic health to the family by tossing Classic Powerkraut into a salad with your dressing of choice. Add a bit of olive oil and pepper for a delicious basic kraut slaw, or sprinkle in some fresh chopped herbs for variation. For the home table, our CSA subscriptions are our best value. Order a monthly CSA delivery in half gallons or gallons for 6 months at a time. For a daily dose of powerkraut for probiotic benefits order a half gallon per person per month. Local CSA prices are for pick up at the Viroqua WI Farmers Market (summer and winter) and have no added shipping. Midwest CSA prices include shipping via Spee-Dee if you are in the Upper Midwest Spee-Dee Delivery area. |
