Kim Chi Powerkraut
Some like it hot! Kim Chi is Korean style sauerkraut most often made with cabbage, hot peppers, and radish. Like all our other products, our Kim Chi is vegetarian and vinegar and dairy free, teaming with abundant probiotic lactobacilli and enzymes.
Powerkraut Kim Chi is colorfully packed with nutrient dense vegetables high in vitamins A, B, C and K, stimulating not only healthy digestion but circulation as well. It’s easy to add Kim Chi to your diet….Koreans eat it with every meal! Introduce as a side to stir-fry or drizzle on an omelet with a bit of sour cream. Add to nori and spring rolls, pasta salads and meat or fish dishes. For a can’t-resist appetizer, garnish your favorite cracker and cheese with fresh cilantro and Kim Chi.
Due to the many ingredients in our Kim Chi that are all processed by hand, Kim Chi production takes 3 times longer than our other hand produced products. Back orders are a possibility but worth the wait. We’ve been told many times over that our Kim Chi is simply the best around.

For the home table, our CSA subscriptions are our best value. Order a monthly CSA delivery in half gallons or gallons for 6 months at a time. For a daily dose of powerkraut for probiotic benefits order a half gallon per person per month. Local CSA prices are for pick up at the Viroqua WI Farmers Market (summer and winter) and have no added shipping. Midwest CSA prices include shipping via Spee-Dee if you are in the Upper Midwest Spee-Dee Delivery area. |
